Year 6 Boys Football at MCFC

We were lucky enough to again be selected for a chance for our boys to play at the Manchester City FC Academy training centre at the Etihad Stadium.

9 of our boys played in the tournament and were an absolute credit (as always!) to our school.

We had some tough matches, the talent was incredible, and we really held our own.

We made it through to the quarter final stage, where we were beaten by the team who came runner-up (losing in the final by a penalty shoot out) and we really gave them a good game.

Myself and Mrs Gaulton were hugely proud of our team, who were also cheered on by Rudi & Charlies Dads who once along came with us for support.
