Year 5/6 Boys and Girls football teams at Etchells

Yesterday, our Boys and Girls teams played Etchells Primary in two afterschool friendly football matches.

Both teams played brilliantly and myself, Mr Nixon and Mr Dudley were incredibly proud of them :)

The boys won 4-1.

Willan scored the opening goal followed by 2 from Benyamin and a 4th from Rudi.

Some great saves by goalkeeper Isaac and a fabulous shot that hit the bar from Lewis topped off an excellent performance from all the boys..

(Unfortunately, Ziyaan had left before the team photos were taken)

The girls won 4-3.

A super hat-trick for Nancy, a goal for Sienna and some great saves from Goalkeepers Polly and Amaya (who switched at half time) meant the girls unbeaten run continues!
