School football teams

Over the last few weeks we have been able to get some more fixtures played against local schools!

The UKS2 boys and girls school football teams have played Lum Head, Outwood and Ladybrook.

It was great to field two boys teams against Lum Head and there was some fantastic play by both teams :)

Last week our boys were really unlucky losing to both Outwood and Ladybrook by 1-0. Two very unfortunate goals conceeded and the boys are working hard to rectify these tiny mistakes!

Our boys played brilliantly and we were super proud of their hard work and sportsmanship. The more they play together, the better they get.... Watch this space!

Our girls have had some great games. Beating Lum Head 5-0, Outwood 2-0 and a great 2-2 draw with Ladybrook! Polly, Emily, Nancy & Emi all scoring in the last few matches.

and, most of the teams we have been playing are Year 6's.
