January and February PE in Year 3

In Year 3 we have been using the indoor apparatus to continue our gymnastic skills and creatively use different movement skills.

We have really focused on pushing the skills,- selecting and performing sequences the children have constructed using a variey of different ways to travel, balance, push, pull, jump and climb.

The children have safely used the climbing frame, working with peers to encourage and support each other. The childrens confidence has really come a long way!

The children have worked individually, in pairs and small groups to use the equipment. They even showed amazing communication skills as they guided their partner across the apparatus blindfolded, giving accurate and effective instructions!
