Euro Football celebration day - Part 2!

Last week, our Key Stage 2 children all took part in a Euro 24 football tournament.

Every pupil in Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 picked a team out of a hat which made up 12 teams of ten, mixed children in all 4 year groups.

The tournament started on Friday afternoon (22nd) and concluded the following Thursday!

19 games in total were played and the final results were...........

3rd place - Scotland

Runners-up - France

Winners - BELGIUM

We saw some terrific play and some great goals...

Ismail, Adam M, Wilf, Joel & Sam - 1 goal each

Dylan, Daniyal, Yousaf, Dawood, Nancy & Benyamin - 2 goals each

Rudi & Charlie - 3 goals each

And 'golden boot' winners - Lewis & Zain - who both scored 4 goals each.
